DEFINITIONS

  • Controller – HOLISTIC Jach, Królikowski, Sternak Sp. J. ul. Leśna 18A, 28-131 Soce Zdrój.

  1. This Privacy Policy specifies the principles of processing and protection of personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered by the Holistic website.
  2. The controller of personal data included in the service is HOLISTIC Jach, Królikowski, Sternak Sp. J. ul. Leśna 18A, 28-131 Solce Zdrój, entered in the register of entrepreneurs under NIP [Tax Identification Number] number: 6551971866.
  3. In order to ensure the security of the entrusted personal data, the Controller shall act on the basis of internal procedures and recommendations, in accordance with relevant legislation on personal data protection, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 EC.
  4. The controller shall take particular care to protect the interests of the data subjects and shall ensure, in particular, that personal data are:
    1. processed lawfully;
    2. collected for designated, legitimate purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with those purposes;
    3. substantially correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;
    4. kept in a form which enables identification of the data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.
  5. Personal data are processed on the basis of the consent expressed by the users of the Website and in cases where the provisions of the applicable law authorize the Controller to process the personal data.
  6. The Controller processes the personal data voluntarily provided by the Website users only to:
    1. respond to user enquiries submitted by using the contact form,
    2. accept the booking using the online booking system,
    3. perform services provided by the Collector on the basis of Art. 6 section 1 letter b of the GDPR,
    4. use it for marketing purposes, including sending commercial information to an e-mail address, if the Customer agreed to it, by ticking the appropriate field in the booking process or submitting an enquiry via the contact form. The consent for the processing of data for marketing purposes and sending commercial information can be revoked by clicking the appropriate link in the received message or by sending such a request to the Controller’s e-mail address,
    5. pursue the legitimate interest of the Controller of personal data in special cases pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter f of the GDPR, e.g. debt collection or monitoring of the visual traffic within the premises of the Facility.
  7. The Recipients of personal data can be authorities, institutions and entities authorized under the provisions of law as well as entities providing services to the Controller e.g. legal, IT, marketing and accounting services as well as other entities participating in the performance of the ordered service.
  8. The Controller can use automated decision making, including profiling, for marketing purposes and offer adjustment.
  9. The user of the Website who provided the data can have an access to the data processed by the Controller. The User also has the right to modify this data, demand its removal and limit or stop the processing of its personal data at any time. At any time the user can also demand the removal of its personal data from the Website. The right to transfer the Data does not apply as no standard for the exchange of such Data between the Hotel’s facilities has been established.
  10. The Website User has the right to withdraw the consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal.
  11. In order to exercise its rights as indicated in point 8 above, the Website User should contact the Controller using the same e-mail address or telephone number provided to the Website by contacting marciniec@holistic-solec.pl.
  12. Each user of the website can lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office.
  13. The Controller performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behaviour in the following manner:
    1. by entering information in the forms on a voluntary basis,
